Howdy! I don’t know how you did it, but you found my blog.
Who was it that said, “Work is just an eight hour break in riding?’ Wasn’t me, but it sure works. I’m partial to the BMW brand now after having owned most others at some point over the last 35 years or so. I’ve got four of them in the garage now. I’d been restoring Airheads for a while when I found the oilly. Since then I’ve only taken the Airhead GS out once or twice in the past two years.
I’ve got one more year of saving for my trip to Argentina in Oct 2010. My daughter just started college and she is taking most of my money, just like before she graduated from high school. I spend as much time as possible in the Olympic peninsula on the fire service roads. Vancouver Island is my newest playground.
Hope to see you all on the road. I ride every day of the year, unless there is packed ice and snow. Oh, the ice studs that Aerostich sell work, but I won’t be doing that again.
